THIS YEAR’S FESTIVAL WILL BE HELD FROM 27.10.22 TO 1.11.22
SERET, the largest Israeli film festival in the world is proud to open its screenings in the Netherlands for 2022. The festival will feature full-length, documentaries and short Israeli films. Screenings will be held in Amsterdam (Rialto De Pijp and Rialto Vu) and in Amstelveen (Cinema Amstelveen).
We are celebrating the 8th anniversary of SERET Netherlands this year and the third consecutive year of holding a hybrid festival – both on screen for viewers who prefer the full in-cinema big-screen experience, and online streaming for viewers who prefer to watch at home.
Celebrating Israeli cinema and Israeli filmmakers past and present, SERET is featuring THE NEXT GENERATION, a selection of short film by young Israeli film students from various film schools, who won SERET’s Promising Director Award.
Special guest to our wonderful festival is Nelly Tagar, lead actress for our opening night film – Paris Boutique.
Looking forward to have you as our guests in this celebration of Israeli cinema.
